This place is beautiful but customer service is not the best. They have taken over 2 months going on 3 months now to respond to a cancellation request and we still have not heard from them. I would look elsewhere where that is more responsive to their clients. I can go into further details as to why we cancelled but I will not at this time. All I have to say is there are many other venues out there that are beautiful and they offer excellent customer service.

What a beauty of a quinceañera, everything was extremely beautiful. The music was exactly according to what we wanted and requested. The most beautiful part was watching the father-daughter dance.!

The objective of this venue is to scam their customers by not providing clear and transparent information at the moment of contracting services, the contract verbiage is vague and general, the promises of the sales agent at the moment of contract are not fulfilled as promised. The packages that are offered are designed to confuse and to manipulate the cost of the event.

a great party, the hall was splendid, from its collaborators, to the administrative staff. The party had extra guests, and it was a little hot, but that got out of control, there were more people than the contract supported, but those were minor details. the party was very good. highly recommended.

Uff, what a good event, this is the third event that I have come to this event Salon, and I love coming, the food is always a delight, the attention is first class, you feel super good with all those details, the weather was fine , pleasant, despite all the heat outside, Silvia, Norwin, and all the staff were super attentive, as always, some other detail that always gets out of hand, but as always they look for a solution. The music is great, it has a good DJ. And it's nice to see so much happiness overflowing in this salon. highly recommended.

It's a great hall, the whole family is more than happy to find such a fantastic place, there were some problems, but they helped us to carry out the event and finish it satisfactorily. Thanks to the entire team at the Salon, the air conditioning was very good, false and very negative comments are what I see on this googlemaps, my respects to all the steaff and its owner, she has a very efficient team.

The place is beautiful but the staff is so unprofessional. The main bartender/waiter was very rude and offensive when he was asked a question regarding the alcoholic beverages. Also, the staff was not kind to the guests at all. I am pregnant and literally one of them almost hit me in the stomach trying to pick up the plates toward the end of the night.
